To do great car body repairs and spraying it is most beneficial to have and use a spray booth or low bake oven. They offer a constant supply of clean warm air to do your car spraying process, also you can bake the finished job and have it good to go within hours, where as non baked paintwork will need to sit and air cure leaving it soft and less robust to the elements.

We know that there are hundreds of smaller body shops and diy car paint spraying units in Birmingham, Dudley, Halesowen and other local areas, who are spraying cars open workshops, without heat or proper extraction. This is not the best way of spraying a car and can lead to poor paintwork and health problems for the sprayer and damage to the environment.
We are not here to judge, we started that way too but we quickly found that quality paintwork is done in a spray booth, heat controlled and baked at 65c. If you are doing lots of diy car spray painting and want to get them dried and out to maximise your rented work space then an oven is vital. Yes we know they are expensive to buy and costly to install, digging pit holes in the floor and cutting the roof of the unit for extraction towers, that’s why we are offering our spray booth hire option. Our spray booth hire dimensions.
Our spray booth is a commercial sized low bake oven that bakes at 65c metal 
temperature and depending on what activator you are using it will cure your paintwork in a 30 -40 minute bake cycle.
The dimensions are 13tf wide, 22ft from the doors to the rear and 9ft high. We have painted all sorts of cars and vans inc the Mercedes Sprinter long wheel base and high top Transits. It is ideal for all sort of painting not just cars, we have done motor bike parts, car interior parts, window grilles, motorhomes and even light airplane wheel covers, its size really does make the difference especially the extra height we had as a new build option.

Most of our spray booth hire customers are looking to use it to do diy car spray painting as they want a dust free finish which will save them hours of polishing after spraying. They bring the car in early morning and run the booth for a while to get the car warmed up to mask. Then its a full mask up and the car gets sprayed to a quality finish.
If you don’t own a spray booth and have some resprays to do just prep them at your shop then bring them along to us to hire our booth. Alternatively, why not use our workshop for hire to prep the vehicle and then use our booth for the final spray.
